A: Our MOQ varies based on the bag style and customization method. We offer competitive pricing for both small and large orders to accommodate your needs.
v Q: Do you offer samples? Is it free?
A: Yes, we offer virtual (digital) samples for you to review the design and materials. For orders with specific color requirements, a physical pre-production sample can be provided at an additional cost. Please note that ordering a physical sample may add 2-3 weeks to the overall production timeline due to separate setups and international shipping. While a sample fee may apply, it can be credited towards your bulk order.
v Q: What is your production time?
A: Typically, production takes 15-30 days after the approval of the printing layout or physical pre-production sample. However, the actual timeframe may vary based on factors such as order quantity, packaging method, and seasonal demand. We are committed to meeting tight deadlines and offer expedited shipping options to ensure timely delivery.
v Q: Can you customize the products with my company logo or design?
A: Absolutely! We provide a wide range of customization options, including screen printing, UV printing, sublimation, embroidery, thermal transfer, and digital printing, etc.. We can perfectly match your brand colors and incorporate your logo or design to create products tailored to your specifications.
v Q: Do you offer design assistance?
A: Yes, our design team is here to help you create eye-catching designs for your products. We also provide design templates and artwork guidelines to ensure a smooth process.
v Q: Do you charge for designs?
A: No, we do not charge for design services! Our goal is to build long-term relationships with our clients, so we offer our creative design services at no cost.
v Q: Can I provide my own artwork?
A: Absolutely! We welcome your existing artwork. Please ensure that the files are in a high-resolution format to guarantee optimal print quality.
v Q: What artwork format do you accept?
A: We accept AI, EPS, PDF and PSD files, etc. Please ensure that the files are in a high-resolution format to guarantee optimal print quality.

v Q: Are your products eco-friendly?
A: Yes, we offer a wide range of eco-friendly products made from recycled materials, organic cotton, and biodegradable materials. We are committed to sustainability and actively work to reduce our environmental impact.
v Q: What materials do you use for your products?
A: We offer a variety of materials, including Laminated non-woven pp, Laminated woven pp, Laminated RPET, Cotton, Canvas, PET, non-woven PP, Polyester, Nylon, Jute, PU, PVC and recycled materials. We can assist you in selecting the best material based on your budget, target audience, and sustainability goals.
v Q: Can you provide certifications for the materials used in your products?
A: Yes, we can provide certifications for materials like organic cotton, recycled content, and other relevant certifications upon request.
Pricing and Ordering
v Q: How much do your products cost?
A: Once a project is submitted and you request a quote, we will evaluate your project specifications (including quantity, material, size, and logo) and provide an estimate within 1-2 business days. One thing is for certain: we pride ourselves on being one of the most competitively priced sellers in the industry.
v Q: How do I get a quote for your products?
A: To get a quote, please provide us with the product style, desired quantity, customization details, and any specific material preferences. We will provide you with a detailed quote and lead time. You can submit our quote request form here.
v Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: 1) PayPal if the amount below USD1000, but additional transactions fee 5% will be charged.
2) Wire transfer/ T/T
v Q: What are your payment terms?
A: Generally 30% deposit paid by T/T before production, 70% balance paid before shipping or on B/L (depending on the specific order amount ).
v Q: What is your shipping Options?
A: We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs. Shipping quotes can be provided based on your order quantity and delivery address. Alternatively, you can select your preferred shipping method.
1) For large quantities, we can utilize sea freight services, with shipments directed to the nearest international seaport. We will coordinate with a trucking company to pick up the shipment from the seaport and deliver it to your warehouse.
2) For smaller quantities, we offer door-to-door shipping options through DHL, UPS, and FedEx. While these options are more expensive, they provide shorter delivery times and greater reliability.
3) Delivery Times:
Standard Courier: 3-5 Days
Standard Air Delivery: 4-7 Days
Standard Sea Delivery: 18-35 Days

A: Shipping costs vary based on order size, destination, and shipping method. We offer a range of shipping options, including standard ground, expedited, and international shipping, to meet your needs.

A: Yes. Our standard packaging is 200 pieces per carton, but custom packaging is also available.
